It contributes to deodorization and improvement of the working environment, and its performance has been highly evaluated.

Amid growing concern over the atmospheric air pollutants, restrictions on volatile organic compounds (VOCs) have been enhanced all around the globe, and interest in VOC processing technology is rising.
Processing large amounts of low-concentration VOC gases in conventional methods requires large equipment, which results in extremely high initial and ongoing running costs.
SOLVENTCLEANTM (manufactured by Nichias Corp.) makes it possible to process large amounts of low-concentration VOC gas into smaller amounts with higher concentrations, which was previously difficult to achieve. Combining this with conventional processing equipment (which involves such processes as combustion and retrieval) has allowed more efficient processing of exhaust gas containing VOCs.

• Capable of processing at low running cost

  SOLVENCLEANTM is suitable for processing large amounts of low-concentration exhaust gas. It can reduce the running cost of the entire system.

• VOC removal efficiency

  Up to 99% of the VOCs contained in exhaust gas can be removed.

• Capable of being highly concentrated

  The concentration of VOCs in exhaust gas can be increased to three to 30 times. (Generally, the upper limit of concentration is approximately one-fourth of the lower explosion limit.)

• Low pressure loss

  The honeycomb structure reduces pressure loss (ventilation resistance), making it possible to process a large amount of airflow while minimizing ventilation power.

• Continuous processing of organic solvents

  SOLVENTCLEANTM applies a continuous rotation technique, which produces less temporal changes in purification efficiency and continuously achieves higher purification efficiency compared to that of batch-type concentration equipment.

• Capable of processing solvents with high boiling points

  SOLVENTCLEANTM is suitable for processing large amounts and low-concentration exhaust gas. It can reduce the running cost of the entire processing system.

• Non-combustible

  All rotor materials are inorganic and non-combustible.

• Easy maintenance

  A simple configuration mainly consisting of a large rotor makes maintenance work simple and easy.
